Ronald A. Roth was born in Danville, Illinois, on January 5, 1953. Mr. Roth received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University in 1975 and his law degree from Washington University in 1978. He was subsequently admitted to the Illinois bar in 1978. Since being admitted to the bar, Mr. Roth has maintained an active trial practice developing substantial experience in medical malpractice and toxic tort litigation, as well as the more conventional areas of defense practice such as coverage disputes and vehicular accidents. Mr. Roth presently serves as both the senior member of the Firm and as a committeeman on the Illinois Bar Association’s Section on Insurance Law. At present, he practices primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, products’ liability and general negligence law.
