Position Bar Admissions Education

Eric W. Evans was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on January 30, 1968. He received his undergraduate education at Washington University where he received both B.S. and A.B. degrees in 1990. He went on to attend law school at St. Louis University where he served as both a faculty fellow and Articles Editor for the school's law review, before graduating cum laude in 1993. Upon graduation, Mr. Evans served as a staff attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He was admitted to the Missouri bar in 1993 and subsequently to both the Illinois and Minnesota bars in 1994. In addition to being a member of the Firm, Mr. Evans is a committeeman for the Illinois Bar Association's Tort Law Section and the Village Attorney for Pontoon Beach, Illinois. He presently practices primarily in the areas of products' and premises' liability, general negligence and municipal law.
